Katie had her first baby shower on Sunday. It was great. She had fun and got some great gifts for the baby. She got the swing and baby seat that she wanted. She got lots and lots of clothes. This will be a very well dressed baby already! She got diapers, lots of wipes, blankets (including some beautiful handmade ones), bottles, pacifiers, bibs, burp cloths. The list goes on and on.The food was great, the clubhouse is beautiful, the games were cute. It was a good time. It was good to see everyone again too.
Doesn't she look cute? She's getting bigger and more uncomfortable every day. Her back is her biggest problem. School is getting harder physically. I remember going to work and being on my feet and it wasn't easy.
She's doing really well in school too. She has a really tough schedule this year. She has Pre-calc, Bio-chem, Physics, AP English, Civics, and ROTC. Thank goodness for ROTC. It's the only easy 
class she has. She'll probably have better grades this year than she's had all of high school.

It was an awesome shower... And Katie looked Beautiful, as always. I am glad to have been part of it and hope that her back feels better soon... maybe a heating pad, or an ice pack... Something has to work when she is sitting in class... (hopefully at least)

I HOPE KATIE ENJOYED HER SHOWER I REALLY ENJOYED BEING A PART OF IT. SHE DID LOOK VERY CUTE.HOPE SHE ENJOYED THE FOOD ALSO WAS HAPPY TO SEE ALL THAT SHOWED UP FOR HER. I CAN'T WAIT TO GO TO THE ONE IN GRAND RAPIDS. (MY GUESS BIRTH WILL BE DEC 12,07 3:48 A.M. 6LB. 4 OZ 19")
